Yes. All Zessa products are completely plant-based and dairy-free.

Yes. All our products are naturally gluten-free.

Do your products contain preservatives or additives?

No. We make clean, honest foods with no preservatives, no additives, and no hidden ingredients.

How should I store the products?

Keep them refrigerated at all times. Once opened, consume within the recommended time mentioned on the pack.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Each product comes with a specific shelf life mentioned on its packaging, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days depending on the item.

Are your products safe for kids?

Yes, all Zessa products are made with natural ingredients and are safe for all age groups.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Currently, we deliver across Mumbai. We are working on expanding delivery to other cities soon.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 24–48 hours in Mumbai. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and order volume.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes, a nominal delivery fee is charged. The exact amount will be shown at checkout.

What is the delivery coverage area (in km)?

Delivery is generally available within a 25–30 km radius of our central hubs in Mumbai. Availability will be confirmed at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and popular wallets.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Currently, COD is not available.

Is online payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways.

No, there is no minimum order value. You can purchase any amount as per your need.
