You choose the products you want delivered on each day of the week. This weekly plan is then repeated for as long as you choose up to 12 weeks. Deliveries automatically follow the schedule you set.
Can I choose different products for different days?
Yes. You can customise each day of the week with different products based on your needs for example, breads on weekdays, crackers on weekends, or flours only on select days.
Can I start the subscription on any date?
Absolutely. You can select your preferred start date at checkout. Your deliveries will begin from that day forward.
How many weeks can I subscribe for at a time?
You can subscribe for up to 12 weeks in one cycle. At the end of the cycle, you can renew or create a fresh subscription.
Can I reschedule a delivery?
Yes. You can reschedule any delivery 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. However, you can reschedule up to 3 times during your subscription period.
Can I pause the subscription instead of rescheduling?
Currently, pauses are managed through the rescheduling option. If you need a longer break, you can cancel the plan anytime and restart it when you’re ready.
Can I change the products in my subscription after it starts?
If you want to change your product selection, simply cancel the existing subscription and create a new one with your updated requirements. Your remaining balance will be adjusted automatically.
What happens to the payment if I switch to a more expensive or cheaper plan?
If your new plan costs more, you’ll only pay the difference.
If it costs less, the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
There are no extra charges or hidden fees.
Can I cancel the subscription anytime?
Yes. You have full freedom to cancel at any time. Your remaining amount will be adjusted or refunded based on your usage.
Will I get reminders for upcoming deliveries?
Yes. You will receive timely notifications so you always know when your next delivery is scheduled.
Are all products delivered fresh?
Yes. Every item is freshly prepared as per your schedule. We do not stock or pre-pack products for extended periods.
Is there any extra charge for rescheduling or changing the plan?
No. Rescheduling and plan changes come at no additional cost. You are only charged for the products you choose.
Can I have multiple subscriptions at the same time?
Yes. If you want separate plans for different family members or different product needs, you can create multiple subscriptions.
Is there a minimum order requirement for subscription?
No. You can subscribe to any combination of products, whether it’s one item or several, based on your weekly needs.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Please reschedule the delivery at least 24 hours in advance. If no one is available, your delivery may be postponed to the next available slot.
