Order Placement & Acceptance

By confirming your purchase at checkout, you agree to accept and pay for the products, shipping, handling charges, and applicable taxes.

We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of:

  • Limited stock or quantity restrictions.
  • Errors in product/pricing information.
  • Incomplete or inaccurate address details.
  • Suspected fraud or misuse of the Website.

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. We will attempt to notify you in such cases.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per person, household, or order, and may restrict sales to resellers or distributors.

General Shipping Information

We deliver products the same day within Mumbai if the order is received by 12:00 pm and the products are available in stock. Orders received after 12:00 pm, or outside Mumbai service areas, will be processed for next-day or standard delivery.

A delivery charge applies to all orders, regardless of order value. Applicable charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

Products are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure the details are accurate, as delivery cannot be redirected once dispatched.

Delivery Timelines & Serviceability

You can check serviceability of your pincode during checkout. Our serviceable pincodes are updated frequently.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier issues, natural disruptions, or regional restrictions.

Some products may be restricted to specific cities/regions due to perishability or storage constraints.

Fair Usage Policy

We aim to offer a smooth shopping experience to all customers. However, accounts that repeatedly reject or return shipments may face:

  • Shipping charges of ₹149 on all future orders, and/or
  • Restriction of services at our discretion.

Change of Address

You may request an address change before an order is shipped by contacting our support team at info@zessa.in. Extra charges may apply depending on the courier.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice leakage, tampering, or pilferage, report it to us within 48 hours at info@zessa.in with photos/videos of:

  • The outer box
  • Inner packaging
  • Affected product(s)

While claims are investigated, do not dispose of packaging for 3–4 days, as it may be required for courier inspection.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

No International Shipping

Currently, Zessa delivers only within India. We do not support international shipping at this time.

In the event of acquisition, merger, or restructuring of Zessa Wellsol Pvt Ltd, your rights under this policy remain protected and obligations will transfer to the new entity.
