• Our products are crafted from natural, plant-based ingredients. Variations may occur.

Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only when confirmed and dispatched.
• We may cancel orders for reasons including unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Refunds will be issued as per our Refund Policy.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST. Payments accepted: UPI, cards, net banking, wallets. No Cash on Delivery.
• Payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Failed payments debited will be auto-reversed by banks within 7–10 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver only within India. Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes on handover to the carrier.
• Damaged/tampered packages must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photos/videos.

Returns & Refunds

• Perishable items are non-returnable except if damaged or incorrect. Non-perishables may be returned unused/unopened within 7 days.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within banking timelines, subject to inspection.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, trade names, logos, content, and materials are owned by Zessa Wellsol Pvt Ltd or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

User Submissions

By submitting reviews, comments, or content, you grant Zessa a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content. You represent ownership/control of rights to your submissions.

Limitation of Liability

Zessa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zessa and its officers from claims arising from your use of the Website or breach of Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms plus policies are the full agreement.
Severability: Invalid provisions will not affect remaining terms.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
